The Strid
Small pen and ink drawing on cartridge paper. The Strid is a narrowing of the River Wharfe in woodland near Bolton Priory. It appears narrow enough to jump - DON'T! Many lives have been lost here. The landing is insecure, the water is incredibly deep, the banks undercut and the current swift. No one comes out alive.
