Adapted from a familiar view form one of my regular walking routes, where nature is in juxtaposition with industrial activities, I suppose we do need the gravel though, and its got to come from somewhere. In acrylic on stretched canvas, as usual using painting knives , brushes and implements repurposed from their usual culinary employment ( not to be returned to their former use)
