Vista with rocky ridge - be careful
An image dredged from my memory and my fuzzy photograph of forty years ago. Using in part a gestural technique to emphasis the sweep of the landsape and attempting to convey a sense of a wild, empty vista, of being really out in the open, prey to whatever the elements could throw at us, with just a hint of human interference. Fairly large scale for me, acrylic on stretched canvas.
