Lovely. Knock is very special to me Tom, because all my dad's family come from there (he was one of ten children) . As a young lad (10 or so) I was an altar boy and we were over there and I got to serve mass in the shrine itself , an honour I only realised the honour of much later. This was twenty years or so before the 69 troubles. We have no contact now as both my parents are long deceased, but Knock is forever in my heart.

Lovely sketch and interesting to read what you have written

Like the drawing and the story - have been to Knock.

Lovely portrait Tom.

Thank you Jim, Heather, Maureen, and Linda. An altar boy seemed to be the thing to be in the 1940s. Was one myself.

Lovely portrait, very special memories dear Tom

Lovely portrait!
