Three tiny studies in the heat yesterday morning, and a larger painting just begun. I had to stop the bigger one as I was too hot [apologies!!!] I'm really pleased with the bottom right of the three little mallards. So sweet the duck and drake were sleeping head to tail, the other was balancing on one leg! The study obviously needs work on it, might need Ibolya's help!!! Only ever painted wildlife from photos before! I shall work up the bigger one from the photos.
