Lovely light effect Thalia, which reflects Malta of course. Visited a number of times in the RN and toured the whole island, which as you know, doesn’t take very long. A lovely bright island.

Thank you very much Alan, a friend gave me a little Manganese to try...have now got it on order as it will work so well over here! Thanks Louise, Jim, Cesare, Carole, and Lynne. Thank you Michael for your lovely comment...you'd be shocked to the core if you visited now...it takes forever to get anywhere these days on Malta, the roads cannot cope with all the traffic. We actually thankfully live on the tiny sister island, Gozo...getting almost as bad here!!!

Painted this from memory the day after seeing the super moon last week. This is Ximxija [Shimsheeyah] Bay on Malta. Ximxija is Malti for sunshine...though this is moonshine!!! Loved the bright blue...it's Manganese, just right I feel for this!
