How long do you spend on average on these sketches Tessa? There is quite a lot of detail, I like your pencil lines, especially where you have described the beard and hair.

Thank you Michael and Fiona. We were there for about an hour and a half altogether: some sketches quicker than others because people will move or leave just as you’re tackling them! I guess I’ve got quite quick with practice especially with the pen rather than pencil. I always was a doodler!
