Superb , just driven past some on the way home , love you painting more .

I look forward to seeing more of your work using the palette knife Tesse. This is a very good start.

Thank you Dixie and Chris. Chris I have used the knife before, often using it for highlights etc in oils, but not for a while.

Lovely work, Tessa. Reminds me of a late Autumnal windswept landscape. You have the right pallet to portray the drama of the season. A grand job.

Nicely done Tessa.

Many thanks Carol and Stephen. x

Goody one Tessa.

Instantly knew it was one of yours, very good indeed

Beautiful Tessa.

It's made a very good painting Tessa.

Very effective painting of a difficult subject.

So naturalistic Tessa. Love the sweeping movements of your knife.

Thanks so much Sylvia, Heather, Denise, George, William and Carole for your kind comments and encouragement.

I’m envious Tessa, don’t see many stubble fields here, it’s mainly grass for grazing. If you’re from the country, harvesting and stubble fields are part of the cycle of the year and always a welcome sight. Your palette is spot on and reminiscent of areas where straw has collected and the tractor tyre marks etc. It’s a delight to look at and has brought back fond memories.

Well thank you Fiona, and glad to be of service! x

Playing with my new painting knife- combination of knife and brush. Oil 10x8”. A bit of an experiment after visiting a few local exhibitions for inspiration.
