That looks very good, indeed!!

Lovely painting Tessa.

She is certainly a Bonnie, wee, lass Tessa. You’ll get there in the end with a bit of perseverance and practice.

Its excellent Tessa and time well spent.

This is “fresher” than the first one - still looks like the same little girl. I like the colours here Tessa and the background takes a back step here as it should.

Thank you all for your interest and encouragement. I did feel my technique was better here, but still need practice as haven’t done any portraits for some time!

Lovely portrait and a nice palette. I think the skin tones look really good - portraits are hard!!

This is more developed than the first one Tessa and you can see the improvement through the practice you are doing. Keep it up.

Thank you Sarah and Denise. I meant to say I started with the Zorn palette again but did add ultramarine.

It's a lovely, well painted portrait Tessa.

Thank you George.

She's lovely!

Looking good, Tessa!

Many thanks Thalia and Heather.

Lovely portrait Tessa. Well done, children are so difficult to paint!

Thank you Romila, they certainly are!

Worth the effort Tessa.

Thanks Shaun, appreciated.

I like this Tessa.

Many thanks Diane.

Again much adjusting, measuring altering, hopefully a better result, and I enjoyed this more. Took about a week on and off.
