The Ford, Shipton Oliffe

Lovely Tessa, am sure it will sell well

They will like it, I’ll guarantee that Tessa. Great composition and balance, well painted and I’m impressed!

Many thanks Heather and Alan. I m always glad to receive both your comments. Hope you’re right!

This has a lovely sensuous feel to it because of all the soft curves you have painted. Love the little bridge and the disappearing path Tessa. It will be snapped up on December the 7th.

I don’t know how to explain this but the paint looks as though it’s moving! No I haven’t had one too many, far too early darling! It may be, as Carole has mentioned, there is a sensuous movement to your brush work. I don’t think you will taking it home! Good luck with the pop up sale.

Many thanks Carole and Fiona. I like the thought of sensuous! Fiona, are you sure you haven’t been tippling!? Xx

Honest ...... hiccup x

For sure, Tessa it'll walk out the door as soon as it opens...lovely

Thank you Thalia, just hope everyone’s right! Even if not, it’s a fun day with lots of lovely people coming in. We did it two years ago and it’s one of those small villages where everyone supports events like this.

That’s lovely work

Thanks Dermot.

Really like this Tessa!

Many thanks Shaun!

Hang on Studio Wall

I posted a recent sketch of this, and here is the painting to follow. It’s aimed at a pop up sale in the village on 7 December, for which I try to do something local, hope they like it! Oil on mdf A3.
