I can tell that you enjoyed yourself! I always like how you make interesting textures by scribbling over your colours, as you have done on the violin with yellow and white. It makes the violin look to have that lovely chestnut sheen they so often have.

Thank you Sarah. Sometimes the scribbley bits are desperation. An attempt to produce something...but now I find I enjoy the mark making and discovering what it will do.

Excellent stuff Sylvia, nice and free-n-easy. I've never had the desire to draw this stuff, I spose cos I know I'd end up with a tight and fiddly drawing, I wouldn't be able to let go like this. best Mick

Ah - the results of the course? I do like the colours and all the calligraphic marks made into the paint which gives another dimension of interest. A great technique and one which I am sure you will carry on exploring.
