That's really good, Sylvie. I have often sketched my wife..........but don't think I'll be putting her bare chest on here!!! [lol] P.S. Have been playing around with the Khadi paper and first impressions are favourable. I'll post the results of some acrylic work when I remember to bring the camera back from the studio.

Yes he does look as though he is whistling....probably "The sun has got his hat on" No don't reveal your wife's bare chest Alan. I would be interested in your results with Khadi.

It's a great sketch, Sylvia! I love the very loose lines and sponatenous air of the sketch, and all in 5 minutes too! Superb.

He looks as if he is frowning slightly, because you are sketching him perhaps, and a good sketch it is too, Sylvia.

Something I cannot do on holiday is this... But my fella loves it. So I sit with sketch book and pencil and woe betide anyone who stays still for a couple of minutes, they are likely to become immortalized and appear on this gallery. Usually they never even know. A five min pencil sketch.
