I love sunflowers, they always remind me of growing them with my grandchildren. A lovely painting X

Thank you Tania for looking and commenting.

These are lovely Sylvia. I particularly like the ones facing backwards, they look so natural. These will last forever.

They turned out well- colours, composition and the square format all great - I really do like this.

Lovely painting Sylvia.Van Gogh is looking down and approving.

Ellen, Michael and Syd. Thank you.... Bit spooky having Vincent keeping an eye on me. Though he has always been a painter I very much admire.

These are gorgeous Sylvia. Vincent's isn't a patch on this.

Lovely summery painting Sylvia. I like the square format as well!

Beautiful Sylvia - such a happy flower ;-)

Well done, Sylvia. They remind me of my late mother-in-law, she always had them in her garden. This is very beautiful and full of life.

A well constructed painting Sylvia, love the general colour scheme with the blues particularly.

Love the bluey greens and the softness throughout. Still like the original sketch too.

Lovely work, nice palette colour Sylvia

So cheerful Sylvia, they are full of life and movement.

Thanks for all the happy comments. Xxxx

Posted a sketch of these a few days ago. Had a huge bunch of them for my birthday. Keep cutting them down and giving them more water. I think these will my survive a day more. Such a rewarding flower.
