Nice little Ted and a chance to show off your talented drawing skills Sylvia, a subject topical at present on the forum, that's a prompt for anyone who would like to join in the discussion...

Hi Sylvia, what a lovely cuddly, but a bit sad, bear. You have conveyed his lost look really well.

Lovely sketchy style Sylvia. Poor Ted must be homesick 😧

Thank you Alan ,Thea and Carole ... as Alan has said we are discussing drawing skills on the forum at the moment. Anyone want to add a comment there It would be good to see you. I think Lucky Ted might have found a new home with the Evans family .

Aw bless him, he's a lucky bear to have found such a good home. Are those tears in his eyes ?

Sharon , Kirstie they might be tears poor we soul.....he's actually very cuddly. Thanks for looking.

He is cute Sylvia. I love your style of drawing him, and he has a winning expression on his face. Let's hope that you find his little owner.

Aww poor Ted getting lost but so glad he has found a foster home with you Sylvia. It's a great pencil drawing of him, reminds me of my 'Big Ted' when I was little (many, many moons ago!).

I saw Ted on Face Book and was hoping he'd been reclaimed but it sounds as though he's going to have a good home with the Evans family. Lovely expression especially in those eyes.

Gorgeous drawing of a cute teddy Sylvia!

Such nice comments about sweet Ted thanks everyone. What I find fun is how most of you have given him life e.g. Commenting as though he is living and breathing. Don't worry I'm just the same and give him big cuddles.....and talk to him. The dog thinks I'm completely mad.

I can see big smiles all round Sylvia....from Ted because he's been found and from the Evan's family because they have a new addition to the family. Smashing little sketch too.

A sad but uplifting story Sylvia, I do hope he finds his owner but I'm sure you'll look after him and give him a lovely home if not!

I have one like that that comes with me on my travels, but I haven't lost him yet! Mine is called Teddy. Funny coincidence that!

Fiona , Christine and Linda ... maybe we should start a Ted club. I have another arty friend Linda also a Linda Wilson only she is Lynda...

Poor Ted was homeless and friendless now he's sitting for portraits what next ? Great stuff Sylvia and lovely work

Thanks Dermot I had better ensure he doesn't get too complacent .

Beautifully drawn, Sylvia, lovely little bear, but he does look so sad!

He will keep you company while you draw and paint.

Jenny ,Ellen he is one stoical small bear, he sits and watches. Thank you for visiting him. Ted also thanks you .

Aw Sylvia its breaking my heart .You can do magic with colour pencils. I say in this case, finders keepers and he looks happy now. I would never have thought of that name for him . Keep him. lets know the outcome on theFORUM for Artists

Thank you Syd. Yes he is getting very comfortable here, I might well adopt him permanently. Will keep you posted .

This little fella came into my life two days ago. He was found by my dog and my husband wet and muddy in a mirey lane . He came home and was put through a wash cycle....he got a bit dizzy in the machine. Anyhow this is a coloured pencil drawing I did of him to go on F B to see if I could find his small owner. So far no luck but he has been circulated far and wide. We have given him the imaginative name of Ted.
