You can tell you had fun doing this Sylvia and the result is fantastic. Who would have thought an old skull would make such a vibrant painting! Glad you managed to post it for us all to see.

Great vibrancy in this and obviously fun to do - incidentally does it look any different on a Monday? - sorry - just me being flippant again,

Full of colour and energy! Lots of confident and vibrant pastel work Shirley!

I do beg your pardon!!! My brain thought Sylvia but my fingers wrote Shirley. The sign of things to come, I fear! LOL!

Like it - I would say full of life, except it's not been, for quite some time. Even so, impressive work: those horns would make a great handle for my walking stick too..... And that Sarah Bottjer getting your name wrong, eh? Ha! Well you wouldn't catch me doing that, Slyvia. Oh dear me no.

Robert! Slyvia.....Caught you! Sylvia, this is just gorgeous! Energetic and those colours, fabulous! Sunday well spent!

What can I say. Renamed from all of you. It was a good excersise I am now planning to use this method in my life drawing.

Extremely lively and full of spontaneity. Well done, Sylvia!

One technique I love seeing is realistic shapes painted in wonderful colours. This is great.
