I like this, the orange and blue work really well and the simple straight on composition is well designed, i think you have captured this lady and her dog excellently.

The lady and her dog look very comfortable as you Susan are quite clearly so comfortable with this style you present us.

This was painted from a sketch I did at the art club portrait session. The background is from my imagination. I even gave her a comfortable, chair, unlike the one she had to actually sit on! 🙄😄. I enjoyed experimenting with this, Kate was a fabulous sitter and her little dog was adorable.
