It is lovely.

I love the loock of your textured colours. The text is intriging and I would love to know what it says.

This is lovely work - good use of colours and I am sure the texture is wonderful too. Mixed media is so exciting and you obviously love doing it.

The photo doesn't show the text clearly either, but all the same I can tell this is a vibrant and imaginative painting - a very interesting gallery.

Thanks so much for the comments.I am sorry the photo is so terrible but I included this painting because it was one of my favourites and I should have taken a better shot of it before it was sold. I used really gritty sand that had some quite big bits of gravel in it and the texture was really cool. The hand painted words say "Hang my locket around your neck, wear my ring on your finger. Love is invincible facing danger and death. Passion laughs at the terrors of hell. The fire of love stops at nothing— it sweeps everything before it. Flood waters can't drown love, torrents of rain can't put it out. Love can't be bought, love can't be sold— it's not to be found in the marketplace."

This is a mixed media work, using tissue, sand, impasto, pastel and many layers of acrylic paint. Sorry this photo doesnt show the texture of this painting which in places is quite pronounced.
