I was inspired to draw this fairy after a member of my art group loaned me a copy of his Patrick Woodroffe book, as he knew I liked fine detailed drawings. The book was not completely to my taste, but I did like the artist's love for detail. I thought my son would also like the book, but found that from the £7.95 it had originally been bought for it was now advertised at £143!!!!
