Another charmer Norman. I'm not entirely sure why but I dont tend to try flower studies, generally, but yours have a gentleness that appeals to me. They are delicate and sensitive. You have encouraged me to have a go, thanks

norman, thankyou so much for your comments on my still life. This is really lovely. I've never tried painting flowers.... bit scared really !! I usually work on two paintings at once to give the oil a bit of time to dry. when i stop painting to do something else i frequently glance in at the painting, this is when i see adjustments to make. It is a slow process and even when I'm finished i am very often not one hundred percent happy with the finished product. I look forward to seeing youe next still life.
