What a lovely painting. Lovely shine to the dogs coat. Many thanks for your nice comments re SB8. I can't really help you as regards the 'smooth tone'? I tend to colour in first, one colour at a time and then paint the water over the colour - don't know if that is any help. Your paintings are so good anyway you don't need to bother with Inktense.
