Steve, just had a good look round your impressive gallery didn't realise I had missed to much of your work. This is beautiful in it's simplicity As Val says good enough to eat. Thank you for your comments on Reflections in a Glass table they are much appreciated. Merry Christmas to you.

Acrylic on paper 12" x 16" Painted in one session from imagination.... they were going to be apples but the scale didn't seem right so a quick change of colour, a few stalks and cherries they are. Painted the whole thing in black and white gesso first, then layered on the acrylic glazes with lots of drying with a hair dryer in between layers. I don't think the effect is as good as with oils but it was finished in 2-3 hours max so can't complain i guess.
