Nice work. Personally, I find portraits the most difficult, as even a few brushstrokes can change things... (Larger is always better)

Small portrait of my son on Great Yarmouth beach. 5.5" x 7.5" - This is my second attempt at a portrait, and in hindsight I should have been braver and painted it at least twice the size!

Stephen Baker

I first started painting in March 2017 after a starter box of acrylic paints had sat on my shelf for fifteen years. After sorting out the tubes that had dried up and buying a better selection of brushes, I finally jumped into this wonderful hobby and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
