The copper tagines are very three-dimensional. I think the colours work well together.

Your first still life Stephen?! This is stunning, so well observed, lovely balanced composition and your silver cup is perfect. Your mix of colours is very pleasing the the handling of the table cloth is exceptional. You left a comment on one of my paintings saying you'd only just started painting since January 2010 I think it was. I am in awe of your output and talent, you are truly talented.

My first Still Life. I looked around the house and came up with two ornamental copper tagines, one is smaller than the other; a silver wine tasting cup; cinnamon sticks; purple tradescantia and some citrus fruit. I found the silver cup the most difficult to do, but enjoyed the experience! It is 41cm x 54cm on canvas.
