Hi Stephen , thank you for the comment on my latest and regarding prints you say you never really understood it as it's only a print ; the difference is when a gallery prints your work they use very expensive printers which use top quality inks and they print on museum quality watercolour paper it's hard to tell the difference between a real watercolour and a print when it's well done ; the colours can also be tweaked about a fair bit if one wishes . For gallery and artist it's a moneymaking excercise and thankfully it costs me nothing , the gallery makes on the frame and the print and I get paid commission on everyone I sign whether it sells or not , so it's a pretty good deal all round ☺️
