I like the richness that the oil pastels give in the foreground and the contrast of the serenity of the scene behind. Great combination.

Think I have got these the wrong way round! I saw them both and commented on the Spring one, but thought I was commenting on this one. Sorry - either too much drink or not enough of it. Anyway, they are both super paintings and I love your soft and gentle style.

I thought I would try acrylics for a change, then added some oils pastel, good to try something different now and then.
