A lovely sketch done in my favourite sepia colour Stephen.

I also like painting from sketches, it's more fun than from coloured photos. I look forward to the watercolour version.

Many thanks Ibolya, I really like your watercolours of buildings and street scenes. I did try some loose wet in wet washes as you have shown us but then got tighter as the painting progressed. Still, it is all good practice!
