Many thanks Jan, yes you are right, the lake is just peeking through in the distance, behind the larger tree in the centre. I did take a few closer up photos of the lake, from the other side of the building, which I Hope to paint in watercolour sometime. It would be nice to visit the place in summer and paint outdoors,
