Thanks so very much, Gudrun!

That's some imagination you have, Skylar. I really admire the subtle tones and depth of field. The title is perfect, as is the portrayal of the dereliction. Excellent work. Brian

Love this one Skylar the barns and all the textures seem to come together and make it more or less a 3D effect

Brian - Thanks so much! It comes from spending my teens in the Southwest, especially New Mexico. I often trekked thru the deserts with my dog, sketching as I went. There are whole towns that have just dried up.

David - Thank you! I tried to push the hills back by using a slightly lighter value, and blending subtly.

This looks so real, brilliant

Annie - Thank you So Much!

Brilliant as always Skylar.

Thank you so much, Margaret!

A wonderful scene Skylar. Especially how you have painted the mountains . Also the colours and textures are all just lovely.

Sarah - Thank you. I really appreciate your observations!
