Full of atmosphere. I think if I was you I'd leave it as is as there is an air of mystery about it i.e. who lives behind those doors and windows?

Well, you, the onlooker, are the figure in the scene - looking upon a somewhat eerie street; you might break the spell by adding figure(s): either domesticating it, or heightening the drama but possibly pushing it over the edge.
