This is really good Martyn. The black background makes the colours sing. What medium did you use?

Yes - she was delighted thank you. With most of my paintings, I usually block in with Acrylics and then finish off (details, blending etc) with Water Mixable Oils. I tend to use little other medium except the odd bit of Fast Drying Medium and sometimes a little Linseed Oil.
