You've got me thinking re the yellow to use! The turquoise and violet work well together on the colour wheel and I think the other colour to use is an orange if I'm not mistaken, but then looking at the green in this ,I think that it works very well. I like the perspective in this, thanks for your comments on my painting..I have left an answer for you under it....looking forward to seeing more of your work :)

7.6.13 22x30cm. D&R medium green, Reeves ultramarine. Windsor violet, Reeves medium yellow. Swifts were swooping, the dandelions were bursting and cow parsley was out round the track called The Gallop. But which yellow should I have used? Possibly an experiment not worth repeating!
