Thank you both very much. My heart sunk when I saw I had a comment on this as I thought it would be someone complaining about the rubbish but it was lifted by your kind comments. It is nice to feel supported. I will keep trying!

Please don't think I am mocking anyone other than myself here. I had this newpaper ad cut and stuck in my A5 sketchbook for homework by my beginners acrylic teacher. After doodling over it, I had huge fun writing about it and it occurred to me that this could be considered as part of the 'art' itself. I am still trying to find my style but don't think this is it! I did want to post it here for the record but am nervous about your opinions.
