Constant experiment is always good - I'm not exactly mad about the strong blues in the tops of the trees, but then I'm fairly literal: I don't know what they are, that's all. Like the strong light, strong shadow, and general impact of the painting.

Thank you for commenting, Robert. As someone quite new to this painting business I appreciate it greatly. Now your eyes have noticed it, I can see nothing but the blue blobs and agree with you about them. As it is acrylic I can now improve it.
