2i or -1 ?

i can see how much you love shapes and colour sian - love that abstract eye!

Many thanks for your comments on my First Impressions - you're very kind. Also, please see further comments on "proding". Re your piece above; very arresting and very well done. If I could be just a bit picky ??? The left hand corner of the eye is too flesh coloured and too much of a lump. May I suggest you tone it down somewhat and blend the inner section of it into the "white" of the eye.

Thank you Angi and William and Lionel for your advice. My class has now ended so help is welcome. I immediately went to the mirror and looked at my own eye and will address the problem - on paper, not in my eye.

I admire that You have so much fun with this painting business. Like this piece a lot and I love to play with shapes and lines as well. The title is also great...
