Super shapes.

Very nice painting. I particularly like the way you have handled the greens of the leaves in the tree. The thrush has a liveliness to it as well. It reminds me of the simplicity of a wildlife painter I much admire, the late John Busby.

Nice painting Seok , I like the feeling of being up in the branches who's the third comma . I guess this bird must have a very distinctive whistle?

Beautiful he looks so at home Seok

Beautiful Seok, the bird and the tree.

Looks like he was keeping an eye on you Seok. Super painting, I especially like all the colours in the bark of the tree.

Great colour in this one Seuk, love the bark texture & colour & it all comes together beautifully.

Love it Seok, the blue bird in these surround makes if real, can almost hear it singing

Sorry it's the predictive text Seok

Great painting Seok, wonderful colours and lovely subject.

Very exotic, Seok, well done!

Good painting Seok - love the colours in the bark and the leaf shapes, and, yes, the blue bird

Super piece Seok. Love the composition.

Everything about this is right ; colour, textures, brush strokes. Fabulous painting.

Fabulous piece of work Seok

Thank you very much, everyone! Bob, I am really flattered to be compared to John Busby. I love his work, but unfortunately I think I have a hundred brushstrokes too many before I can come close to his work! Dennis, yes it does have a distinct whistle.

A lovely stylish painting, Seok, with your distinctive range of greens. I like the composition and the way the leaves echo the pattern of the bird's tail feathers.

Thank you very much, Jenny!

This is fantastic Seok! An absolutely masterful painting...love the negative shapes that the branches have created. Well done! :-)

Thanks very much, Andrea!
