Thank you so much for your comment on Ash. I had not come across your gallery before but I'm so glad I've seen it now. Your paintings are quite beautiful and each one tells a story. I must now begin to give more consideration to my backgrounds although I know I won't be able to achieve anything quite like yours - and in watercolour too! My two whippets came to me through greyhound rescue which I have been involved in for many years and I do agree that they are fantastic little dogs. You are obviously besotted with them and I quite understand why. Keep up the good work!

Hello Seok.Julia Benning has just drawn my attention to your gallery, which I haven't seen before, and it is so lovely, such sympathetic paintings of your whippets, beautifully painted. Many years ago our family owned a very dear whippet...she was a Bedlington cross Whippet and we loved her very much. I'm 78 now, and I can still see her face.

Took me a while to find this, owing to many recent postings (including yours!) - a very touching portrait of two lovely dogs.

Seok this is a great portrait you obviously love your dogs and this shows. I have a whippet type dog too and the expressions here are so like his.
