Blooming Ab-Fab

Well these have certainly brightened up a very wet, dark, miserable day here in Scotland so thank you for that. Beautiful petunias and the greenery is fantastic, painted with great expertise. Lovely to see another of your tavelogue paintings and I hope you are fully recovered from your nasty bout of flu.

Hi Seok, this is one of the best flower arrangment paintings I've seen in a long time. I would be so pleased to have produced a picture arrangment of this quality. The colour, texture and detail are superb and that's just what you painted. What really amazes me is the background foliage, pot and grass, the way you have suggested these, but not overly detailed them, enhances the main subject of the flowers. Spot on!!!!
