Mint Tea at El Fishawy's by Seok Yam Chew

What a beautiful, delicate painting Seok! When I saw it on gallery page, it took me straight back to Morocco where I visited a tearoom many years ago. Such soft colours on china and the golden tray! Well done( as always)!

Well painted as always with some lovely touches such as the pattern on the glasses but, if you don't mind me mentioning it, I'm not too sure about the perspective of the tray. Anyway it's a lot better than I could have done.

Again a beautiful little gem in your gallery, Seok. Well done. I like the choice of subject and the way you painted the texture of everything. Beautiful colours!

So many beautiful items on a tray and so brilliantly painted. This has taken me back to Morocco, I love the mint tea (but no sugar!). A lovely watercolour, well done.

It was rather dark and I couldn't quite see properly from the photo, so I made up some parts. I am really atrocious at getting the perspective right so it's very probable that it's not 100% spot on.
