Completely in love with this one, and wish I'd painted it. It's got everything I look for in a watercolour - the medium that better than any other will convey movement and life, and is so often condemned to the still, static, and safe.

I agree with Robert, above, a smashing picture so wonderfully executed in a loose but well controlled style. And a lovely palette.

Thank you all for your encouraging comments. I strive for atmosphere, light and loose brushwork. I have painted this scene many times both inside and outdoors, which is not too far from my home, in all of the seasons, but a blustery day is the most challenging to capture.
