Lovely watercolour = love the daffodils under the tree.

Lovely composition and delicate pallette. Very English scene. For some reason Thomas Hardy springs to mind

Lovely painting Sarah nice detail

Yes - I agree with Martin, Thomas Hardy does spring to mind. It’s a beautiful painting and I just love the way you’ve rendered that tree on the left, and just suggested the daffodils Sarah - one to put in a frame if you haven’t already.

Excellent Sarah. Lovely washes and a superb tree.

Thank you so much David, Martin, Paul, Alan, Stephen, Spencer, Valerie Carole, Keith, Rachel and Chris - I really appreciate your comments!

Thank you Coral!

I do love your fab trees Sarah. The main tree is sturdy and the branches and twigs are done so well, very natural. Along with the movement in the grasses and far line of trees makes for a wonderful composition and painting.

Thank you very much Fiona!

Thank you Maureen!
