Magnificent, senior citizen of the tree world Sarah. Great technique, works really well on this subject.

Very good tree sketch Sarah

This is superb Sarah and has such an emotional depth to it.

There's something about old gnarled oak trees that always seem to have their own character. Excellent Sarah.

Superb work such a lovely old tree , don’t they call out to be sketch or painted.

Beautiful Sketch Sarah, you’ve caught the character of this tree.

Thank you very much Fiona, Heather, Carole, Chris, Paul and Rachel. Bradgate Park was the home of Lady Jane Grey and many of the oaks there today were thriving then. It's said thst when Lady Jane was executed the keepers of the park had the trees lopped as a sign of respect for her.

Thank you very much Spencer

A wonderfully characterful tree!

Lovely senior citizen tree.

Thank you very much Anne and Sandra
