Love this Satu...don't have TV so don't know anything about the challenge, But, Hey, This is so fresh and instantly likeable. I sympathise about the tiny studio...that size is about my limit too! All good things come in tiny packages!!

You are too kind Janet and Willie, if I had to be in TV I probably wouldn’t even remember my name. I also had much more time to think about the composition, colours and to decide what kind of painting I would like to do. I did the first version very quickly and then realised that the church tower was leaning towards the left and of course had an awful job straightening it. Thank you very much for your comments!

Fabulous Satu! I love the ghostly effect of some of the buildings, you’ve got to peer through the colour and brush strokes to reveal more of the landscape. I agree, far better than any of the celebrity paintings.
