Tea time yet? OLUP

Is it a guess who-er Satu? If so, I'll need a clue but will say that they look rather glum!

No Louise, it's not a guess, just an old couple looking miserable. I saw the photo in a magazine and did an onelineupsidaisy of it.

I keep spotting suitable photos in the paper or in magazines as well Satu. They look totally fed up with hunched shoulders and miserable expressions. The OLUDs never fail to surprise!

The one on the left has a smirk, perhaps he's spotted the tea trolley coming Haha

I love the way you depicted this grumpy pair, Satu. You even perfected the slouch! Made me smile!

I almost missed this one Satu, they actually live near me, I see them every day they always look fed up!

They look like inmates in an old people's home - waiting for their cuppa or a meal perhaps - highlight of the day no doubt. It is obviously late coming as they do look a bit fed up. Love the character of this one-liner - they continue to fascinate me. I am now trying to work how how to incorporate this style of drawing into my more normal work (which may never be the same again!!).
