Wow, Satu - the addition of colour has enhanced this lovely sketch and made it really come to life. I think your choice of a dark sky was exactly right and very dramatic looking and as for the spatters - well.... I am going to love them, aren't !

I'm partial to dark skies as you know and how well the darkness has worked here in throwing forward the light building. You've brought the drawing to life and it looks so good. I still can't quite get over just how good these one-liners are turning out and evolving into rather exciting paintings!
