I've liked all of your still life series Satu and this is no exception!

When it doesn't look totally right, it's totally wrong...this isn't the latter, but I know the feeling. I'd be inclined to do it again but enlarge the cloves slightly. Do you really want to leave the last one feeling a bit dissatisfied? A passing thought...

You're amazing, Satu! Such simple, mundane objects, but given such sparkle and life by your artistic vision and a wonderful palette!

How clever to take something as ordinary as garlic bulbs and turn them into such a super painting. I like the fact that you have played up the purples in the skin of the garlic to make such a positive statement about the subject.
