Red Thread Take 2

How nice, Satu. I have just done my first effort for 6 months and it comes up next to yours. I find this version of red thread more interesting. Billy is terrific too.

This version is maybe a bit more interesting although I like both

I prefer this version which is probably just as well! It's a much stronger composition with more structure. I wondered about it's size. Large scale would be good but whatever size, it's a very striking image. You have a strong sense of design.

I like the more varied tonal values here and the way the dark shapes can be seen as buildings or trees or...... the immagination can wander. And still the red thread there; the eye finds lots to discover. Nice work.

I like them both. For me the red thread is more prominent in the first one. But as a composition, this one is more balanced. Beautiful!

I like both versions, Satu, but I think this has a slight edge. I like the added tonal depth.

It is certainly different, but that is what i like about your art. It would not be out of place in a modern contemporary gallery. I agree with Louise, large scale would be brilliant. Well done.

I like your work - it's excellent & very unique. And I like artists who aren't locked into one style.
