I like this Satu. I think the outlines are enough.

Really eye catching. Super colours and really strong design. (P.S. Satu - this image seems to have loaded three time - just wondered if you could delete two as it takes up two extra spaces on the first few pages. There seems to be a problem as there have been a lot of double and triple postings since the new site was launched, which is probably a loading problem. Perhaps we should let POL know?)

You are not the only one this has happened to - I have noticed about 20 or 30 double or triple loadings since the new site started. It must be a technical hitch. Thanks for deleting as this does allow two more people's paintings to appear on the first few pages.

I really like this, Satu. Beautiful subtle background colours and strong drawing of the jug and apple! It is a typical "Satu"-painting, well done!

Hi Satu, I am mulling over the idea of a painting which will end up looking like a collaboration of different artists contributing to a single painting. It is also an exercise in negative painting, so the bits I don’t paint are more important than the parts I do. (I know it sounds like a mess!). I want to include styles that are very different from anything I’d paint and that leads me to people like yourself who’s style is very individual and recognisable. I don’t want to copy any of your paintings, but I would like to paint a small section of my painting in a style reminiscent of yours. Is that OK with you? Kind regards.
