No Derek, not joking. Much more comfortable with living breathing subjects with 2 or four legs, rather than 4 wheels! ;-) I really struggled with this commission….had to keep walking away and counting to 10! Thank you Lin and and Dennis for your comments.

Fabulous work Sarah, the reflections on the paintwork and windscreen are sooooo good! If this is out of your comfort zone, maybe you should be out of it more often.

Totally out of my comfort zone, insofar as I have one, too. I have painted cars before now - racing cars, anyway. I can't say I enjoyed it, but you've done a brilliant job with this one.

Sarah It's great and brings back memories too, I used to have a MK II GTi tornado red too. Lovely treatment overall and the light reflecting on the windscreen is superb.
