I know I keep saying it, but your portraits are just so good Sarah. I adore Springer's and you have captured that look. They always have their mouths open so you have that right.

'Jazz', oil on board, 12 x 16". I'm not particularly keen on painting these open-mouthed portraits as I find them a little twee but this Springer's eyes were so sparkly in this reference image, I just had to go for it!
