He's gorgeous - one of these characters brings his owner to our local fish and chip van sometimes: very friendly, massive tongue, and he always make a bee-line for me: the moment I take a seat, so does he - on me. Excellent oil painting.

I have never been able to understand a dog's 'character', having never owned (nor wanted to own) a dog; but here I can see true personality. Stunning piece.
